About: I currently serve as Director of User Experience Design (UXD) at Mind Over Machines. For the previous 10 years I ran Natoli Design Group, a design firm specializing in Interface + Experience Design. I’ve worked in the field of Design for nearly 20 years now, and am consistently amazed at the fact that the more things change, the more companies stick their head in the sand and pretend it’s not happening :-)
