Video on the Web is fast becoming the cool kid, with sites like YouTube gaining massive popularity. This session will cover many of the details of getting video online from an engineering standpoint, all the way from receiving user-generated content, to video transcoding, storage, serving, and playback. The session will contain technical details and insights gleaned from implementing video on Flickr.

too much focus on I frames and B and P, there wasn't really much about how flickr did things, just a general overview of video on the web.
