One of the most dynamic and entertaining speeches I've ever seen! Thanks for your time. I checked out your web site and videos. Great work!

I agree with Ericson Mar, this guy is crazy, never laughed so much :)

Gary rocks. His passion in such a short but great speech made it worth attending alone.

Gary totally rocked the show! Totally direct and inspiring to the audience. Who needs to be politically correct when you have a message that should be heard.

Gary never fails to impress. He is the essence of what is possible with Web 2.0

Beyond a doubt - a total rockstar! My favorite by far... nothing like biting humor and Passion for what you are doing and what you believe in. I could have listened for another hour and it made me want to go back to campus and totally fire up the students - also made me want to bring Gary to campus to tell them what life is about!!! Amazing!

He has enthusiasm, that is a good change for the boring keynotes of this conference (except Jason's). Not sure if I got anything out of his talk, but it was entertaining and exciting. I did leave the keynote hoping to code a new product...but I was energized. I would recommend having him as a keynote again, but review his content and have him talk more about the community, direction, evolution of Web ... instead of himself.

Wednesday's keynote was really a mixed bag of "great" (that would be O'Reilly & Gary) and not great at all (that would be Maria Thomas who seemed to be presenting her resume). Gary is a conference/keynote closer. - he transfers his passion to everyone in the room open to drinking it in. A man without PowerPoint slides, Gary knew what the audience was looking for, needing, and tapped the sweet spot. @chrissieb

Gary KILLED it. My notes on all of Wednesday's keynote speeches are posted here: http://whitneyhess.com/blog/2008/09/web-20-expo-ny-wednesday-keynotes/

This was simply the best keynote of the conference. I was most impressed and just as much in following up with Gary. My summary at http://ronaldbradford.com/blog/patience-and-passion-at-web-20-ny-2008-09-18/

Gary is amazing.

Absolutely great talk, but I came away feeling completely _depressed_ that I can't turn hustle into massive success.

It was an interesting session. I came away with a number of ideas.

Awesome talk. Captivating, inspiring, and entertaining!

Great talk.
Entertaining.

Passionate and entertaining as always! Just like how a good wine should be...

Gary: What wine goes with fish? LOL.

This guy is a great speaker!

I've been showing this video (from youtube O'reilly channel) to some of my students. It's very motivational and entertaining. I especially like Mr. Vaynerchuk's emphasis on hard work. And, the talk matched the title better than some of the other keynotes of the afternoon.

awesome energy and passion...and pretty funny. You should definitely bring this guy back.
