Once again it seemed like the introductory comments for this speaker didn't tie in with the content of the speech.

The speech was interesting and presented well but seemed to miss the point.

I strongly believe in this topic and was raised the same way (although my family was not Greek). The idea of how people treat each other in a company and that shining through to their customers is terrific and, once in a while, you actually see companies who believe it. I also Love the idea of Keeping it Human! It is too easy to allow customers to become a Number!!
