There is a lot to learn from how other industries manage creative professionals. Stage managers wrangle directors, designers, and actors every day—under strict union guidelines. Enjoyed seeing how creatives in different environments collaborate and maximize their creativity and results. Particularly enjoyed the concept of having an "After Party" vs. a "post-mortem"...... much more pleasant and I imagine productive too.
The presenters expertly transformed, through metaphor and example, what could've been dry or off-putting into a wholly entertaining and memorable enrichment. Thanks!
