Barry was powerful and engaging. Not what I expected at the end of a long day. He very effectively demonstrated the importance of identifying what we, as customers, really want; as well as why "old white men" have such difficulty seeing/understanding this.


Good choice for EOD session - full of energy & examples to show - sure, it's not revolutionary but a very effective way (esp EOD) to iterate basic tenets = "listen to your consumers"
