I liked how all the admin stuff was handled. And it was great hearing that Web 2.0 will be back in NY. It would be nice knowing what date specifically. (Interop has a see you back next year November 16-19th 2009 sign up.) This helps plan travel/vacation/etc in advance.

While I like O'Reilly conferences, they tend to be later in the game announcing dates than others. Which makes it harder to sell to management since others use up the conference budget before one can even ask. (Knowing the date is a prerequisite to asking at some places.)
